About Robin Altman
Robin is a Toronto-based professional certified coach, speaker and facilitator, having worked with hundreds of executives, entrepreneurs and creative professionals since 2008.
Her Story
After 20 years as a creative trailblazer in the media and entertainment industry, Robin threw all caution to the wind and went back to school to become a certified, professional coach. She launched her company, Radiate Coaching, in the fall of 2009 and hasn’t looked back since.
Program Roots
The Radiate Passion and Purpose Program is the result of Robin’s own personal experience of transformation and growth, coupled with countless clients over the past several years who have experienced the Radiate Passion & Purpose Program first-hand, and changed their lives for the better.
Robin designed The Radiate Passion & Purpose Program based on her academic training as a certified professional coach. Her methods are selected from various traditions including organizational development, neuroscience, psychology, sports psychology, change theory, and the latest research in the field of human development.
Robin is a practiced, astute listener who can get to the core of the matter with ease. She brings an amenable and genuine style that enables people to trust as they explore terrain that is unfamiliar, exciting and all too rarely visited.
Teaching
Three years after becoming a professional coach, Robin was invited to join the coaching faculty at the school where she trained, Adler International Learning, a Toronto-based global pioneer in coaching education.
Robin teaches all aspects of Adler’s Professional Coaching program, which serves student coaches of all ages and backgrounds. Robin is also a Mentor Coach for students working toward certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Robin is also trained in the Updated PCC Markers in order to assess students’ recordings as part of their application for professional certification with the ICF.
